Frame profiles
The load-bearing structure. Cut to length from 20 to 300 cm, optionally with threaded ends.

T-SLOT 20 × 20 frame profile
An aluminium T-SLOT 20 × 20 mm profile with a 6 mm slot on all four faces — the load-bearing frame of an air-conditioner cover, a heat-pump screen or a mower enclosure. The slot runs the full length, so infill bars, wall brackets and feet go exactly where you want them, not where someone drilled a hole first. We cut it to size from 200 to 3000 mm to the millimetre and, on request, thread both ends so the frame bolts up with corner blocks and no drilling at all. Available anodised silver and anodised black — both in the same outdoor-durability class.

T-SLOT 30 × 30 frame profile
An aluminium T-SLOT 30 × 30 mm profile with an 8 mm slot — the section for Hard boxes, heat-pump screens and anywhere the structure carries weight or stands in open wind. Over the same span it deflects markedly less than the 20 × 20, so you can build a wider bay without a mid support. The 8 mm slot takes M6 and M8 hardware, a heavier class than the 20 × 20 series — blocks, brackets and T-nuts are not interchangeable between the two series, so check before ordering. Cut to size 200–3000 mm, optionally threaded both ends.

Infill bars
The infill. Every RAL colour costs the same, because we paint them ourselves.

Infill bar 20 × 20 mm
The narrowest bar in the family — a dense pattern and the most pieces over the same height. The choice when the cover should read as an open screen rather than a solid wall. The profile is hollow, so at this stiffness it weighs a fraction of a solid bar. Powder coated in any RAL at no extra cost — it arrives from the mill bare. The bar works as infill, not as structure — the 20 × 20 frame carries all the load. You set the spacing yourself: the wider the gap, the more air passes through the cover, and air-conditioner makers require a free outlet in front of the unit. Cut to size, powder coated in any RAL at no extra cost.

Infill bar 30 × 20 mm
A narrow bar with a 2 mm wall. Stiffer than it looks, with the pitch still tight.

Infill bar 40 × 20 mm
The middle of the family for density: the rhythm of the bars reads clearly without turning the cover into a shutter.

Infill bar 60 × 20 mm
A calmer pattern and fewer parts to bolt up. A 2 mm wall keeps the bar straight over long spans.

Infill bar 80 × 20 mm
A wide bar with a thinner 1.4 mm wall — lighter than the 60 mm despite being wider. A popular balance of looks and weight.

Infill bar 100 × 20 mm
The most commonly chosen width. A loose pitch, a short build and clear horizontal lines on the façade.

Infill bar 120 × 20 mm
The width used in our prototype cover — a loose pitch, a strong horizontal line and the fewest parts to bolt up while keeping airflow.

Infill bar 150 × 20 mm
The widest bar — the cover reads almost as a solid wall with the fewest parts. A 1.7 mm wall.

Infill bar 200 × 20 mm
The widest bar we offer. Closed up it reads as one solid plane; spaced out it gives broad, distinct bands.

Mounts and corners
The parts that hold the bars in the frame and close the box edges.

Infill bar mounting set
One bar's worth of mounts: two brackets — left and right — four M5 × 8 mm low-profile screws and four drop-in T-nuts. The bracket wraps the bar and slides into the frame profile slot, so you set the bar at any height and any spacing, with no drilling and without taking the frame apart. Match the size to the bar width, not to the frame profile: a mount for 20 × 120 mm will not wrap a 20 × 150 mm bar. The last two entries on the list fit rhombus bars, where the dimension is measured across the diagonal. Printed in PET-G, filament colour at no extra cost.

External corner set
A set of external corner caps for a 20 × 20 profile cover — the pieces that close the box edges from outside. They hide the joint between two profiles and the open end of the slot, which are exactly the two places that give away a structure assembled from parts. They go on after the frame is bolted up, with no tools and no extra screws. We print them in house from PET-G — UV and frost resistant — so you pick the colour from the full Bambu Lab filament palette at no extra cost and with nothing to wait for.

Corner blocks
The corners that tie the frame profiles together. Bolted, not welded.

Three-way corner block 20 × 20
A three-way corner block for 20 × 20 series aluminium profiles — it ties three profiles into one right-angle corner. This is what the four bottom and four top corners of the box stand on. Assembly: one M6 × 16 mm button-head socket screw per arm — straight into a threaded profile end, or through an M6 T-nut into the side of a profile. A 4 mm hex key, no drilling and no welding. Mind the series: a 20 × 20 block does not fit 30 × 30 profiles and vice versa. The joint comes apart, so you can lift the cover off for a service call and put it back.

Corner block 30 × 30, black
A corner block for 30 × 30 series aluminium profiles with an 8 mm slot — the 20 × 20 block's counterpart for the heavier section, for structures that carry more load. It bolts with M8 socket screws; the M6 from the 20 × 20 series will not fit and will not carry what this section is built for. Black, so in a black profile it simply disappears instead of breaking the corner line. Like the rest of the system it is bolted, not welded, so the structure comes apart for a move or grows by another bay.

Screws
M5 and M6 hardware for the T-slot plus self-drilling metal screws. Every card says what the screw fits and which key it takes.

M5 low-profile socket screws
M5 low-profile socket screws, 25 to a pack — the basic fastener of the whole aluminium profile system. The low, wide head sits flush with the profile face, so it catches neither the infill bar nor your sleeve, and it disappears from two metres away. They work in the 6 mm slot of the 20 × 20 series with an M5 T-nut or a drop-in T-nut that slides into the slot without taking the frame apart. Pick the length from the list: 8 mm is the standard from the infill mounting set, longer ones are for bolting through plastic or two walls. A 3 mm hex socket, black steel.

M5 button head socket screws
M5 button-head socket screws, 25 to a pack — for the joints in a cover where the screw stays in sight. The rounded head looks softer than a flat one, has no sharp edge and does not collect water or dust in the socket the way a countersunk head does. They fit the 6 mm slot of the 20 × 20 series with an M5 T-nut or a drop-in nut. A 3 mm hex socket. If you are after the screw for a corner block, this is not it: a 20 × 20 block takes the heavier M6 × 16 mm, which we list next to this one in the same lengths.

M6 button head socket screws
M6 button-head socket screws, 25 to a pack — this is the fastener that bolts a 20 × 20 corner block to a frame profile. The 16 mm length is the default here: it passes through the block arm and reaches full depth into the threaded profile end. When bolting into the side of a profile, use an M6 T-nut in the 6 mm slot instead of a thread. The rounded head has no sharp edge, so on a box corner within arm's reach it is safer than a cap head. A 4 mm hex socket, black steel, the same lengths as the M5 version.

Self-drilling metal screws, hex head
Self-drilling hex-head metal screws, 50 to a pack — a drill bit and a tap in one. In a Lamelvio cover these are what fasten the printed mounts to the infill bars, so when ordering infill count two screws per mount. They go straight into aluminium or sheet steel with no pilot hole and no nut on the far side, which matters wherever you simply cannot reach the far side: inside a finished enclosure, fixing sheet to a profile or trim to a frame. The hex head drives with an 8 mm socket and takes torque that would have rounded off a cross head long before. Pick the length so the screw passes through the fixed part and bites into the profile wall — for a 1.5–2 mm wall the 19 mm version is enough.
