Privacy Policy

This English version is provided for information purposes only; the Polish-language version is the legally binding one.

1. Data controller

The controller of your personal data is Xtrude3D Jakub Mazurek, with its registered office at Hajduki Nyskie 66, 48-303 Hajduki Nyskie, Poland, NIP (Polish tax identification number) 8513253087, REGON 387258247 (the “Controller”).

On any matter relating to the protection of personal data you may contact the Controller by e-mail at: or in writing at the address of its registered office.

2. What data we process

Through the quotation request form we collect the following data:

  • first name and surname,
  • e-mail address,
  • telephone number,
  • postcode,
  • optionally: company name and NIP,
  • optionally: the content of your comments together with any information and files you choose to provide within your enquiry (for example, the dimensions of the unit or photographs of the installation site).

Providing your first name and surname, e-mail address, telephone number and postcode is voluntary, but it is necessary in order for us to prepare and send you a quotation and to contact you about your enquiry. All other data is provided entirely at your discretion.

3. Purposes of and legal bases for processing

We process your data for the following purposes and on the following legal bases arising from the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council):

  • Handling your enquiry and preparing a quotation — in order to take steps at your request prior to the possible conclusion of a contract and, where a contract is concluded, in order to perform it. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR (steps taken with a view to concluding and performing a contract).
  • Contact and responding to you — in order to reply to the enquiry you have sent and to conduct correspondence. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR (the Controller’s legitimate interest in communicating with a person who has contacted us).
  • Establishing, pursuing or defending claims — in order to protect our position in the event of any claims. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR (the Controller’s legitimate interest).
  • Analytics and website usage statistics — in order to improve how the website works, to the extent described in the Cookies Policy. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR (legitimate interest) and, to the extent that this is required, your consent.

4. Data retention period

Data processed in connection with handling your enquiry and preparing a quotation is retained for as long as is necessary to deal with that enquiry, and thereafter for the period arising from the purposes described above, including the period necessary to establish, pursue or defend claims. Data processed on the basis of a legitimate interest is retained until you effectively object to the processing or until that interest ceases to apply.

5. Recipients of the data

Your data may be entrusted or disclosed to the following categories of recipients, solely to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes set out above:

  • providers of hosting and website maintenance services,
  • providers of e-mail services and tools used to handle correspondence,
  • providers of analytics and statistics tools,
  • entities providing support services to the Controller (for example, IT services), on the basis of data processing agreements concluded with them.

We do not sell your data. The Controller discloses data to public authorities only where this is required by applicable law.

6. Transfers of data outside the EEA

If, in connection with the use of third-party tools (for example, analytics tools), data were to be transferred outside the European Economic Area, this takes place solely on the basis of the appropriate safeguards provided for in the GDPR.

7. Your rights

In connection with the processing of your data, you have the following rights:

  • the right to access your data and to obtain a copy of it,
  • the right to have your data rectified (corrected),
  • the right to have your data erased,
  • the right to restrict processing,
  • the right to object to processing carried out on the basis of a legitimate interest,
  • the right to data portability,
  • the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, PUODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa, Poland.

To exercise any of the above rights, please contact the Controller using the details given in section 1.

8. Voluntary nature of providing data

Providing your data is voluntary. However, providing the data marked as required in the form is a condition of preparing a quotation and of contacting you about your enquiry. If you do not provide it, we will not be able to deal with your enquiry.

9. Automated decision-making

Your data is not used for automated decision-making, including profiling that produces legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affects you.

10. Changes to this privacy policy

The Controller may update this Privacy Policy, for example in connection with a change in the law or in the scope of the services provided. The current version is available on the website at all times.
