Both versions share the same build: an aluminium frame of T-SLOT system profiles, bolted together at the corners and filled with slats or laser-cut sheet. What differs is the profile section — and with it the stiffness, the weight and the price.
T-SLOT 20×20 frame
20×20 mm profile · 6 mm slot · up to approx. 140 × 100 cm
The lightest frame we offer. A 20×20 profile bolted at the corners — a cover for a typical air conditioner that you can put together yourself in a quarter of an hour.
T-SLOT 30×30 frame
30×30 mm profile · 8 mm slot · up to approx. 240 × 180 cm
A stiffer frame built from 30×30 profile. For large units, heat pumps and free-standing covers, where the structure has to work against the wind.
The frame bolts together through the T-slot with corner brackets. An Allen key is all it takes — no welding, no drilling, no fitters.
The cover travels flat-packed in a courier parcel. A welded frame of the same size would need a pallet and a dedicated delivery.
Add a side, swap the slats for a denser set or move the cover to another wall — the T-slot takes the same accessories. It comes apart as easily as it goes together.
Both the system profile and the slats are aluminium. The frame has no welds, so there is nowhere for the coating to crack and corrosion to start.
A third version is on the way — Box Steel: a welded frame of 20×20 steel profiles with welded-in cross members or a patterned infill. Until it launches, we quote steel covers individually.

VisualisationA heat pump's outdoor unit can be enclosed on exactly the same principle as an air conditioner, with the back left open and room for the air to move. Because heat pumps tend to be larger and run all year round, we design the cover around the specific model and where it stands.
