Infill bar 120 × 20 mm
The width used in our prototype cover — a loose pitch, a strong horizontal line and the fewest parts to bolt up while keeping airflow. The profile is hollow, so at this stiffness it weighs a fraction of a solid bar. Powder coated in any RAL at no extra cost — it arrives from the mill bare. The bar works as infill, not as structure — the 20 × 20 frame carries all the load. You set the spacing yourself: the wider the gap, the more air passes through the cover, and air-conditioner makers require a free outlet in front of the unit. Cut to size, powder coated in any RAL at no extra cost.
Before you order
- You need the mounting set in the “for 20 × 120 mm profile” size.
- The bar clips into the 20 × 20 frame profile slot — it is not a load-bearing part.
- The RAL colour is free of charge; the profile arrives bare and we paint it to order.
